back home.

kathmandu
you are just the same –
the taste of dust in my mouth is just as nasty
the wind still turns my hair into knots
and you smell just as filthy and feel just as crowded
but you make up for all of that
because the taste of your tea is still like no other in the world
and i would come back any day for just that sip.
